Well getting totally ….. off with it all. Turns out there is no provisional build week for my order just been accepted by the factory on 6th Feb. Official complaint logged with the grants team and is being looked into and car is going back on the 7th April but they might be able to extend it for two weeks and that’s from the CEO complaint route.
This is beyond a joke, and the stress is off the charts. Never had such a hard time with Motability in the last 24 years we’ve been with them, is it just me or have they turned into a faceless, uncaring entity.
