Prices vary near me, £7 is average. I paid £9 last year at a new car wash, it was the worst car wash job I’ve ever had, didn’t do the door shuts or dress the tyres. No wax and no hand drying. I prefer to use a machine wash at the petrol station, £4 for around 8 minutes the machine takes contactless payments. I then hand wax it with Demon Shine. It works well if you wash it every other week and don’t let it get too dirty.
Is it a myth that the machines cause swirl marks on the paint?
