A grant decision maker, after I’d submitted all the paperwork etc could not get her to budge at all on any of the points. I think I need to raise a few points again with them and try again.
As you say, I love the scheme, but some of the people I’m dealing with at the moment are leaving a bitter taste, and even the CEO route isn’t helping much, the case handler is very unhelpful.
