    Considering moving my mum from IOG to EON next drive, mainly because of the fixed day rate and similar overnight rate to IOG. Octopus has also changed the hourly use as much energy as you can sessions to as much as you can save, which isn’t as good and pointless imo.

    Makes sense, The eon next drive is pretty simple which I like. I turn of dynamic charging and the schedule is set in my car. 12am to 7am and It pushes 49.2 kwh in the 7 hrs.

    The actual peak rate isn’t too much more and less than a penny than the flex rate I was on. it is fixed for 12 months but no fees to change tariff. Not had it long and I wonder if that means say V6 when introduced is cheaper if the price cap was to lowers, can you then move on to that.
