    i have not used the app in years.  it was crap and i had to keep resetting it.  dont think there has been an update since 2019.

    if i remember rightly when i set my account up in 2021 i had the same issues and read somewhere that you have to set your account up via a pc or ipad or tablet and the phone version would not allow it even thought it doesnt stop you trying
