BP Pulse App issues

      Anyone else have issues currently with BP Pulse app? App is on my phone but cannot create any account, every time results in “unable to complete set up”. tried for couple of days now. deleted app etc etc.

      A temporary issue or long term problem?

        Hi if you telephone the BP Pulse help desk on +44 800 464 3444 they will sort it out, I had the same problem they fixed it straight away.

          Thanks: seems BP are having issues with registering new accounts & I’ll have to use their web interface to charge in the meantime.

            i have not used the app in years.  it was crap and i had to keep resetting it.  dont think there has been an update since 2019.

            if i remember rightly when i set my account up in 2021 i had the same issues and read somewhere that you have to set your account up via a pc or ipad or tablet and the phone version would not allow it even thought it doesnt stop you trying

              Thanks. I have to use a BP pulse tomorrow in a rural area (only fast charger for miles). First use of a public charger & hoping it’ll work with a CC.
