@MickC I recently had this issue on my Pug 308 GT. Stop start would not work: Radio would not stay on. Shut it’s self down to save power. Key would no longer auto open or lock the doors.
At first it was subtle, but as time went on it became more obvious that the batter was failing.
I reported this to the dealership when second service was due. Peugeot would not accept the battery was failing. So it was put on charge whist being serviced. I was told that it had be sorted.
On collection technision said It was my fault! for not doing enough miles to keep the battry charged! Ummm okay. With in a couple of days it was back to non functioning as before. Despite doing lots of long motorway driving.
Then more faults started to appear. Like ESP/ASR showing up and registering on the app. So I asked for it to be looked at again. Long story short. the car was in for 5 days while further test were done.
Finally the said the battery needs changing. Hurrah I exclaimed. Since then everything works fine.
