Hi footloose, my son had a flat in Glasgow and tried to get a charger fitted. The Factor put it to the owners of all the flats as all of them would have been required to agree to get a charger fitted for it to get approval. There were owners who didn’t drive and those who just didn’t want an EV so it failed to get the backing of the required 100%.
There are grants available for both infrastructure and for the actual chargers but the availability of this would depend on your particular situation.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
