My council wouldn’t allow any sort of cover to be used, hence the KerboCharge.
However, when I talked to their EV team about the repair they mentioned they were trialling several options including place on the surface type coverings.
Be interesting to see if they change their minds about them as quite a few councils do allow their use as long as they are clearly marked etc.
