On a similar subject, I was given a Kia assist card when I picked up my new Sportage, to be used in the event of a breakdown. Do you know if I should use this or the RAC card if needed?
VW do the same in giving a years breakdown cover however I’ve always been told you should use the Motability RAC breakdown service.
They of course would send your car back to the dealer to fix any warranty problems but those are the rules even if it does seem a waste of time.
