Always interesting to read your views, as I have zero experience beyond ICE. Saw that the Tiguan has just removed the 1.5 TSI option, joining the Kodiaq in offering PHEV or Diesel. Trying to offload what they cannot sell to private buyers, perhaps?
when the bribes end, as in Germany, will be interesting to see if BEV falls off a cliff, as it just did there. Battery tech is advancing rapidly, especially BYD and others in China. Interesting times ahead and wouldn’t rule out a Bev in three years, but more likely this is the last Motability car unless there is a change of direction.
