On the centre console there’s a switch (A) to activate/deactivate Auto Hold, have you accidently turned that off? There’s also a gree light that will turn on on the drivers display, to indicate it is on.
On the Sportage, it memorises the last setting of atohold, where as on older the Tucson autohold is reset to off after every ignition off.
