i am investigating getting a grant for a driveway/hard standing with the rbl and local agencies the difficulty at the moment is tieing down who owns what and what they are prepared to allow on their territory. not much point in putting hard standing outside the bungalow if i cant get from the road to it. needless to say its like herding cats, the first thng the council said was what does rykneld say and what do the neighbours think. are you sure we own that bit and ooh dont know about the tree.
