I’m sorry to say that in my experience if you haven’t got off-road parking Motability won’t pay for a charger to be installed and the cable would be too short and you wouldn’t be allowed to trail it across public land/land owned by anyone else. The only reason I’d have an EV is if you have off-road parking so I could charge it at cheap rates, or just for environmental reasons.
