Nightmare Kezo, he came back from holiday on Monday last week and told me he would stick with the original Fogstar battery. He indicated he was in contact with Fogstar and the order would be placed.
I asked him to give me the order number but I received nothing. He contacted me on Wednesday last week and said the person who makes the purchases is of and will be back on Thursday. I again asked for the order number as soon as the order was placed.
I received a phone call from Fogstar on Friday saying he had been in touch and asking if I still wanted to use him after all the bother. I explained that I have no other choice to go with him. The girl said that unless he orders today I would miss the end-of-February batch of batteries. Isn’t him a text telling him this and later on Friday received a text from him saying the order was placed, but still no Order Number. I tried to call Fogstar for confirmation but they were closed.
I received an email from Fogstar in Monday morning giving the order number but telling me he had missed the end of February batch and that they didn’t know when the next batch was coming. They have however given me a discount and offered the new 16kwh more expensive new battery for the same price.
They don’t know when they will arrive as their manufacturer is on holiday until February so they will be able to tell me when they return🤞
That’s not all sadly, I noticed before Xmas that the solar system wasn’t producing anything, well a few kwh here and there. I contacted them but they were closed for two weeks over the Xmas period. Last Monday the electrician text me saying there was a problem with a Meter and that, after speaking to Sunsynk, he would get an Eastron Meter replacement and get it fixed ASAP.
I have since been told by the boss that the meter is out of stock and wont be in until then end of next week. I have again asked for the meter serial number etc to purchase it myself from the web but once again no answer from the boss or the electrician.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
