What options are there for towing a 1500kg caravan now? Currently set on the IONIQ 5, which can tow up to 1600kg. EV6 ‘s AP is too expensive. The models based on the ID.4’s platform are limited to 1200kg, and that’s on the AWD models. Ariya is 1500kg only on the AWD models – which have been removed from the scheme. Non-EV options aren’t much better – Tiguan is one.
