Maybe it’s to do with age of the car or you’re on different servers but it’s a very well known issue where you hit the switch and it does stuff then just fails and it can do that many times before it finally goes thru. Haven’t had a single issue since.
It could also be that beta has since been released so most are already on it without knowing as that version is no longer beta. Glad it works OK for you but it doesn’t for many and that is a good fix. Yes car warms up quick but then you’re waiting for ice to melt, seat to heat up and steering wheel to get hot at 7am when it’s below zero getting into a warm car is much nicer than getting into a cold car that warms up quick.
Can’t heat the feeling of jumping into a ready toasty seat not to mention of course that the battery is also heated up to operating temp too reducing cold weather range.
It is good to hear people who haven’t had an issue at all too.
