Thank you all. I went with the XC40 black edition which comes with the tinted rear quater as standard with the 360 camera in the end.
I was told if I was adding on more than just the 360 camera, there could have been room for negotiation, however I didn’t see any benefit in the sound system upgrade, driver assistance add on, towbar or spare wheel (as I have a friend who works for a Volvo parts supplier who can get it at dealer cost price for me).
I test drove a B3 for a couple of hours and really liked it, even with it being the lower powered vehicle than the one on the scheme, it drove well.
