From what you’ve said I’m wondering if they’re unplugging stuff so they get paid for broken warranty work.
If it were me I’d be going elsewhere from now on everything just seems really shady. Heated seats work or they don’t it’s next to impossible for the heating element to have an intermittent fault that’s actually in the seat itself as they claim.
