yes, Ive been on the new billing system with a new account number for a year. Then out of the blue a statement for last year appeared, my balance of over £1000 was slashed to £400, an hour long online chat followed where they appeared to not be able to listen to anything i said, only repeat that it was the changing over to the new system. I checked yesterday and my balance now shows at over £900 and nothing has changed, all the statements are the same. I really have zero confidence in their system. I actually felt a little sorry for the customer service professional.
