Bit peed off this morning with the car not preheating and it being covered in ice, so dug around for any info. In my case the app rarely works as it just keeps stating ‘command in progress’ but never does send the command. The other few times it says ‘command failed’ and it’s turns out that you can not precondition the car if battery is below 50%. How effing useless is that.
So I was hoping to run down a full charge to see what range it gives and now can’t as I have to plug a car in with 43% battery left to defrost it in the morning.
