Make sure your phone is well charged and download the myskoda app in advance. Make sure you can access your emails on your phone. Ensure the dealer helps you connect to the car and that all works.
Make sure you have a working 4G connection on the car, quite common for that not to work and need tinkering.
Take your time let the sales guy show you stuff, don’t try to figure it all out at once it’ll take days if not weeks to understand all the features.
