I see that Liz Kendall saying she has not ruled out tory voucher or other radical plans on MSN quoting Daily Mirror article not sure if it is fake news as I went online to Daily Mirror and cannot find the article I do think that MSN may be to blame and if it is it is cruel to us disabled.
