Sorry to hear youre having issues. The brake pedal- why cant the dealer apply some lubricant to the pedal assembly- I would speak to them about what they did as it’s still noisy. either that or just stick a new brake pedal in- its not a huge job.
The battery protection limit issue is very common. It’s where your key is stored too close to the car when locked and it continues to speak tot he car. After a while it will enter into a mode that means the key or app will be stopped from waking the car up as so to protect you from getting a flat battery. I have stored my key away from the car. Some people put their key in a pouch called a faraday pouch which is a few quid on amazon. If you check the app often, it will also enter into the battery protection mode as checking the app wakes up the cars internal computers to speak back.
Battery protection mode is not a fault. It’s a feature. It’s an annoying feature but it’s not a fault in the car.
If the pedal is resolved and you’ve had the gateway module replaced, you may just be on the cusp of motoring worry free notwithstanding your experience to date has been rubbish.
