@kezo I don’t recall a peppery taste and there’s none mentioned on the ingredients, but they are in beef collagen case and are 56% pork. Richmond are 42% which I think is the minimum you can have to legally call it a sausage. There’s an online review and the score highest with 4 out of 5, they were joint best out of all tested. I think it was Birmingham Live.
