    Quite simply make possible lowering of AP a condition when ordering If thats an issue walk off Suspect they will quickly change their minds before you get to the door Just to add IMO its best to go to the dealer in person rather than try to solve an issue via phone

    I completely agree on both points. I always discuss the dealers willingness to adjust the AP if it drops at the point of order and if they won’t play ball I take my business to a dealer that will. Also, it amazes me how many people try to negotiate important matters by a phone call. Never a good idea. The best resolutions are always achieved face to face.
