So far I’ve been getting 3.9-4.1 k/pm at town speeds, 3.7-3.8 at 65 in the day and 3.5 at night althought this dropped to 3.1 to 3.2 more recently.
I can’t say I’ve been massivly impressed with the car so far. Its ok but the Ioniq was more comfortable. I tend to get a bit of a neck ache when driving the car but its not too bad and the seat cushion and back is comfortable enough. I’m having issues at the moment using smart charge with the ohme app. Apparently this is a common problem with the scenic. Several times I got up in the night to see the car hadn’t started charging. One time was for a long journey so I had to charge the car in the morning at the higher rate and leave later.
Was a bit hairy driving home as well. I thought I had plenty enough charge to get home and then the percentage started going down 1% per mile. It got to 10% and then didn’t drop anymore so I was fine.
The car is ok to drive but the ioniq and born are better. Personally now the price of the scenic has increased, especially for the Alpine, I would probably go for the Ioniq
