This one below ? Arrow points towards metre, should it be pointing towards fuse box ?
Yes it needs to be pointing away from the meter towards your consumer unit so it monitors the load of your whole house, ideally this should be before any branch.
Unclup it and turn it so the arrow is facing the house consumer unit. If you find there is not enough slack to do this, remove the ziptie and you will find there is slack on the black cat5 cable at the bottom of the box but be gentle.
