Yes that is correct.
If the vehicle is taken off the scheme, it is not available as a manufacturers order.
However, if its a stock vehicle, or one previously ordered, and the original customer has cancelled, that is available as well.
It all depends on whether the dealer will approve these vehicles to Motability. There is also the possibility that Motability could reject the order request
