    You can speak to motability they’ll probably let you cancel and order again esp if it wasn’t what you ordered but you’ll need to remember hybrid and Electric I’d the future and the whining noise is a programmed noise to alert pedestrians you’re there. I can’t even hear it unless the windows open on my enyaq I haven’t heard the Vauxhall so it could be really loud.

    Fact of the matter is it’s it’s not suitable then it has to go but bearing in mind all new cars are going to be similar now, brakes feel different, different noises etc so there will be some element of change bit I’m sure you can find something to suit.

    Start with motability explain the whole story and take it from there good luck
