    Another thing if i stay on the variable rate tariff or change to the fixed rate tariff that means i can charge in the daytime,at night i have foxes come for their chicken wing feast every nite and i know they are inquisitive and can possibly see them being naughty and chewing on the charging cable.

    They would only do it once! It might be advisable to ride out higher energy prices if you can and look at fixing in April when the prices start to come down, depending on the mileage you do.

     

    On British Gas you can swop tariffs without any penalty £’s as long as you move to another British Gas tariff.

    With that in mind i guess i should swop to the tariff with the lowest standing charge.
