I wonder if it could be that Tesla are reviewing which stations will offer universal charging. Perhaps the one you were charging at will move to Tesla only as at 1st November.
Tesla recently announced that the chargers at their service centre in Tottenham, London will revert back to Tesla only. These were one of the first lot to be opened to all.
This is the only place (so far?) reverting back and seemingly it’s to provide a better service to their sales & service teams.
