If I’m doing a long trip like that, and I’ve done 6½k since July, I usually take a subscription out. In my case I used Ionity but Tesla do there’s too and they can be done for one month at a time so it’s not an ongoing cost, I haven’t used MER yet. It would have paid for itself after your first stop.
