As @Phaedra @Ioniq have said it could be load balancing however, the CT Clamp reading is 0A, which could indicate an issue with your CT clamp (most likely fitted the wrong way round) Open the advanced settings on the App, put the kettle on and note if what if any CT clamp reading you are getting.
@Kezo, sorry for the delay I’ve been away. It goes up when something is on, whilst charging it went to 31a, with just the washing machine on it went to 2a whilst on a spin.
