As above, once the charger is fitted the installer lets Ohme know, they then send you a cable. During the Ohme order process you complete on their website the options are there to choose either a 5m or 8m cable.
As mentioned the ePod does not lock the cable in place but it should be locked into the car charge port when your car is locked in the usual way, once you unlock the car the cable can be removed.
Ask the installer iif they have the cable just in case they do, if not phone Ohme to make sure they’re sending it, I was told mine was on the way, rang them again to be told they hadn’t sent it!. It turned up a couple of days later. There was no additional charge for my 8m cable.
