If you can put diesel in your car, you should be able to do the Adblue, depending on your capabilities and the fill location.
But chucking adblue in yourself would be a lot easier than going through the hassle of the dealership. Am pretty sure buying it at halfords and asking the checkout staff if one of their guys can add the Adblue, am sure they would oblige.
