Cheers Kezo. I’ll do that tomorrow. I’ve never had a problem before so just presumed they would tell me to take it to the dealer first. So presuming the app gets fixed as preconditioning is now essential, the bugs get ironed out and I just give up on V2L although three years is a long time to wait to get something I really wanted and thought I was getting. That just leaves the range, which is poor. The Kona I could get 260ish without trying and in the e3008 I’m only getting 220ish by really trying. The e3008 is about 440 kg heavier but the e3008 has a 9kw more bigger and more modern battery. This is in similar good weather. So I’m really concerned with winter range. Anything under 220 in winter would be of no use to me. I honestly don’t know what to do, mind if the ioniq 5 was still on id get that in a heartbeat.

Raise the issue with Motability, tell them all the issues and tell them many other people are reporting problems.

Then if the ioniq 5 comes back on scheme October just reject the car and choose a car already in the country for quick pickup, obviously this means you’re unable to specify build and colour to your exact liking but you’ll have a much better car
