How much will I receive? The amount you receive depends on the length of your agreement. It’s currently £250 for a three-year lease and £350 for a five-year lease. This follows changes made to the Good Condition Payment(opens in a new window) on 1 October 2022. During the COVID-19 situation, customers were able to request a £600 GCP to be paid before the end of their lease. If you received this and you’re still in the same three-year lease, you will not receive a GCP when you return your vehicle. If your lease is for longer than three years, you’ll receive the balance of this payment.
we collected our current car may 2021 but were never given any payment early in 2022, so i guess i need to ask them if we’ll get 600 still or if we just lost that £350 because they never contacted us about it during covid, we just had a few £50 cheques due to insurance claims being lower during covid
