Reading the above posts it seems a year or so on from my very own Ohme contractor woes that Ohme have not improved when it comes to their sub contracted motorbility installs
My advice is simply this
Once your complaint has been actioned/looked at/so called fixed and the problem still remains then esculate to the Motorbility CEO PA asap
Ohme will then
Run around at full speed to resolve
Dont be messed with and fobbed off imo
Been there got the T Shirt
