I will have a look for “Live Dynamic” however, although I’m massively into tech and electronics and can be seen building and programming projects for people. I myself, is a relatively simple man and only listen to the radio, unless my daughter s in the car, then I’m not allowed to have it on at all 😂
However, your Alexa app, has a wee little gremlin, that is causing all sots of wee nonsense. Hopefully this will be sorted in a OTA update sometime next month. As for the problem the blame lies with both Hyundai and Amazon and is affecting the whole Hyundai group.
As a potential fix in the first instance, why don’t you run Amazon music through AA or CP and at the same time, why not make use of the excellent 3d google maps.

My previous ICE Tucson would allow for the radio to be on for a short period of time but, warned of low battery after a while and would switch off soon after (around 15 mins) This one doen’t allow the radio to stay on and to get around it, I leave the car in ready state and in park. Now, I can’t remember if, I changed a setting in sound or general settings, that allowed it to stay on for a short time.
