Another added annoyance. So I was meant to pick up the car today but I’ve had a phone call a few days ago to say the i4 I ordered is part of a recall and I won’t be able to collect it and it could take a month. As a resolution I’ve been assigned another i4 with the same spec which I will now need to arrange to pick up in a weeks time. Credit where it’s due that Marshall’s have given a resolution to this.
Thats a good outcome though. Sounds like they have completely changed their attitude. Well done!
