Got the letter from Motability today. One sentence that says when my lease started and ended, then a bunch of stuff about how they can’t contact the council about the penalty charge on my behalf due to legal reasons.
Just copied that letter and put it with the penalty charge appeal form, wrote down that i was no longer the owner and they should contact Motability about it.
Still want to know who was driving that at this point, i live in Nottingham and handed the car to Renault Nottingham who confirmed the car was picked up before the date in question. Did Motability already sell the car on at that point?
