Absolutely gutted about the football and whilst I know just getting to the final is an achievement it’s yet another tournament where we could have won but didn’t!
Southgate will probably stay on but I just don’t see us winning anything as long as he is in charge. His style of football (defensive ) is not only outdated in the modern game but it’s also boring and bloody frustrating! We must be the only country that can take corners and pass it back to our own goalie!
I think it’s time for a new leader, or failing that, bring in a new rule that anyone making a backward pass is instantly subbed and dropped for the next two games! (Although we might need 24 subs every match!)
