@Rhodgie According to Motabilitys own website the AP is set upon you placing your order. So anyone who currently tries to change the AP after their order break that “rule” and is unscrupulous. Motabilty (not customers/dealers) could change the “rule” so we as customers pay the lower AP if is has indeed changed between ordering and collection
Then that would lead to no end of cancellations, ultimately leading to complaints from dealers and possibly manufacturers!
That said Motability is aware this goes on and does little to stop it, from what can be said as human nature.
