It’s not actually “Anytime” is it? from what I read on the Ovo site you connect up and it then gives you a time slot or slots when the 7p cost is available during that day, but that could be during the night or early hours of the next day or not enough to fully charge the car, it’s just what’s available that day. Or have I read that wrong?.
