In Autotrader, the EV6 also beat the Ioniq 5 as best car for dogs, which is odd, as we found that the complete opposite, there is much more room for the guide dog in the Ioniq 5 which is why we ordered it, the dog could not stand up or sit without drooping her head in the EV6 and shes a fairly small golden retriever/lab cross.
I’d venture they didn’t ask dog owners, or try anything other than a wee terrier in there…
I also thought something more practical like a Berlingo would be the obvious choice, a large, tall, square boot with a low load lip, perfect for pooches. Wife hates them as a “van with windows” so not something we are allowed to look at…lol.
