@Menorca Mike You’re best making sure your phone is not locked to the O2 network first. From memory you have an iPhone, go to Settings-General-About and scroll down to Network Provider Lock and it should say ‘No SIM restrictions’ next to it if your phone is unlocked.
If your happy with the coverage that you get from O2 then it’s worth remembering that giff gaff, Tesco Mobile and Sky Mobile all use the O2 network.
Also if you want to keep you number you’ll have to arrange that as well, because if you just install a new SIM you’ll also have a new number.
