So you would think that car salespeople would treat Motability customers with more respect ?
Unfortunately whilst we may be the biggest Manufacturer customer, we are the least profitable to the dealer as they get a set bonus per car which is lower a than private sale and I believe that a sale does not count towards targets.
We are reliant on building a relationship with the dealer and the Motability name behind us.
