Hyundai and, therefore KIA are awesome at actually achieving the given range. The Kona and Nero can both be had in budget in EV guise. If you can find one with a heat pump included that’ll help the cold weather range. The EV6 is bigger and more expensive, the Ioniq 5 can be had in budget but will be base spec unless you find a really good offer.
Peugeot are now offering the e3008 which has the bigger 73kWh battery and will do all you want.
The Enyaq from Skoda will do all you need but the winter range might be a bit tight, it depends how you drive. You’d definitely need the 85 Edition and you’d get a Great Dane in that boot.
