Thanks for pointing this out and I think I will request what the escalation process is that they mentioned in their reply to my complaint – nothing to lose.
I got my current lease vehicle in November 2019 and was extended after 3 years but well before November 2023 when I understand the policy was changed regarding the purchase of vehicle at lease end.
I’ll keep you all updated.
